Welcome to Redmond Select Girls Basketball!

Our Redmond Select 4th, 5th, and 8th grade teams all qualified for the Washington State Basketball Championships in Spokane this year - what an amazing accomplishment!! It was a great bonding experience for the teams as we finish out our 2022-2023 season! See you all in the fall!

Tryout Results

Please note: Redmond Select is a semi-competitive league. We encourage girls of all levels to try out - from those who have done b-ball camps, to rec league, to Select and AAU teams! Girls should have some foundational level of skill dribbling and shooting a basketball.

However, we do not have a developmental league or b-ball training - so those with no experience playing basketball are encouraged to try City of Redmond (Parks and Rec) leagues, Boys and Girls clubs, YMCA, and i9 for some great b-ball training and non-competitive play!

While our 6th and 8th grade teams were at State, we held our Redmond Invitational for our 4th, 5th and 7th grade teams. As we didn't hold our annual Halloween Hoopla this year, it was a great way to end the season!

Thirteen teams from the Eastside Travel League, North Puget Sound League, and PEAK League competed in 4 games each over the March 12-13 weekend with some really close competition!

Our Redmond Select program had an amazing night at the UW Husky Women's Basketball game vs. Oregon on Jan 21! Our athletes got to sit on the sideline while both teams warmed up, and then sat right behind the visitor bench for the game. 

The BEST PART was that our program was able to do an exhibition/scrimmage on the court during half-time! What an amazing experience for these girls that they won't forget! See some of the great photos and videos below!
