Coach Evaluation

The following form offers an opportunity to provide coaching feedback from 2010-2011 RSBB players and parents. The input received will be used as a communication tool between the Board, Coaches, and league and will ultimately help RSBB build a more competitive program. Your input is essential to building an effective, positive basketball experience for the athletes.

The purpose of this form is to assist the league in developing the coaching plan for future seasons. Please be frank and honest in your responses.
